An East Bay resident for over 32 years, Margaret Combs’s knowledge of the area and its real estate is unmatched. She brings energy, enthusiasm, and a natural ability to connect with her clients and colleagues to The Agency’s Alamo office.

 

Margaret’s passion for real estate began in her youth. The daughter of parents who loved real estate and investing, she grew up immersed in the industry. A licensed agent since 2002, Margaret is committed to listening to her clients’ wishes and meeting their goals and expectations as quickly as possible. Known for her friendly demeanor and excellent communication, she strives to keep all parties informed through every step of the real estate process. Prior to her career in real estate, Margaret worked in manufacturing for retail in product development, starting from an initial idea and strategizing ways to successfully build the end product. This experience proved invaluable in real estate, leaving her equipped with a level of organization, communication, and vision that sets her apart from the pack. For Margaret, there are few things more rewarding than representing an individual in what is often the single biggest transaction of their lives and establishing long-term business and personal relationships along the way.

 

When she’s not representing clients in real estate, Margaret serves on the board of The Jacaranda HOA as president, supports several local Danville charities, and enjoys entertaining family and friends. Her list of accomplishments includes President’s Club for 20 + years, ranking in the top ten producing agents for The Agency for the past three years, and being named a 2021 Real Trends Agent.
